Have a look at: http://www.itb-berlin.de/ and come by.
Our office is just a few steps away from the fairground.
Or lets meet on the occasion of one of the press conferences [1] [2].
In the press-section of the show it says:
Every year more than 30,000 journalists from over 100 countries come to the Berlin Exhibition grounds to tell the world about the latest products, services and developments.
The Opening Press Conference, today, was all in German. On the split-box there was an English-language audio channel, too, but it was heavily distorted. But HERE you will find more detailed information in English.
Therefore here is a little compensation: One out of a series of the Mecklenburg Vorpommern Promo Videos dubbed into English:
Here you see Manuela Schwesig, Minister-President of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern after saying:
“The World’s Leading Travel Trade Show gives us a unique opportunity to showcase the attractions of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern to the world". She announced in public that she will stay in her "Bundesland" for her own summer vacation this year.
The officilal summary of this morning was published the same day with this titel: ITB Berlin 2018: Strong economic boost from the World’s Leading Travel Trade Show®
But even at the end of this day the ITB Newsroom presents only some Facebook-pages including some lousy pice of video from the opening ceremony, including the chancellors’ promise: "es wird wieder einen Tourismusbeauftragten oder eine Tourismusbeauftragte geben, ansonsten würden wir uns gar nicht in ihre Nähe trauen.
From all the photos offered in the press-gallery there is none with the "nun wollten wir es uns endlich mal gemütlich machen" - moment

of Dr. Merkel and Dipl.-Finanzwirtin Schwesig sitting in a "strandkorb" (a traditional Baltic beach chair) in the shadow and in the limelight of this promo-event:
