InfoComm, produced by AVIXA, is the largest technology exhibition and conference in North America focused on the pro AV industry. The show will return to Las Vegas June 4-10, 2022 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Press passes for InfoComm offers you the opportunity to cover all aspects of the pro AV industry, including audio, video, unified communications and collaboration, control, digital signage, home automation, security, and live events.

Press Pass Requirements
InfoComm is open to full and part-time journalists, photographers, editors, bloggers, broadcasters, analysts, and authors with an assignment to cover the InfoComm show and/or AVIXA member companies.

Only reporters covering the pro AV industry or related industries, trade shows, or business are eligible for press passes. AVIXA reserves the right to refuse passes during pre-registration as well as on-site registration.

Publishers, advertising and sales representatives, and other non-editorial staff must register through general registration and are not eligible for press credentials.

Non-transferable press credentials can be picked up on-site beginning Tues., June 7, with photo ID in room W237. All press will have access to the InfoComm press room, InfoComm show exhibits and education, plus a variety of networking events.

Your Privacy Is Important to Us
AVIXA will not provide your contact information, including your email address, mailing address, and/or phone number for internal use or to exhibitors or other InfoComm 2022 partners for marketing purposes. However, as part of our on-going commitment to our exhibitor community, your name, publication, and email address will be made available as part of our InfoComm 2022 press list and accessible to exhibitors upon request for the sole purpose of alerting you to press releases, product announcements, or other important press communications.

Show Rules

Every person entering the show floor or classroom must have an official InfoComm 2022 badge.

No one under the age of 16 will be admitted on the show floor or in session rooms. No strollers are permitted.

Due to the sensitive nature of new products and unique booth displays at the show, professional photography and/or video recording for commercial purposes of any booth by any attendee/exhibitor personnel is prohibited. Exceptions are made only when permission is obtained from the exhibitor whose booth/product is being photographed/videotaped and all individuals appearing in the photograph or video.

By registering for InfoComm 2022, you consent to InfoComm’s collection and storage of the data on this form. Your registration and attendance at or participation in InfoComm 2022 or other related AVIXA meetings and other activities constitutes your acknowledgement and agreement that you may be photographed or recorded by AVIXA at any time during your attendance. It also constitutes an irrevocable agreement by the attendee to InfoComm’s unrestricted display, performance, publication, modification, and other use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the attendee’s likeness, including but not limited to the attendee’s image and voice, which may be captured in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, or audiotapes by AVIXA.

If you allow exhibitor personnel to scan your badge during InfoComm 2022, you permit AVIXA and its partners to provide your contact information to exhibitors who may send you products or services that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish exhibitors to receive your contact information, do not allow exhibitors to scan your badge.

Acknowledgment of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to COVID-19

You understand that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has classified COVID-19 as a highly contagious disease that can be transmitted asymptomatically and can lead to severe illness or death. You recognize that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other infectious illnesses exists in any public place where people are present. You agree to abide by all policies and protocols established by AVIXA at InfoComm 2022, including but not limited to health and safety protocols implemented to minimize the spread of COVID-19. You understand that AVIXA, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate your access to InfoComm 2022 without any refunds, in the event that you do not follow all protocols established or required by AVIXA.

You also understand that AVIXA cannot eliminate the risk of you contracting COVID-19 or any other infectious illness in connection with your participation in InfoComm 2022. By attending InfoComm 2022, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 AND OTHER INFECTIOUS ILLNESSES and all risk of personal injury, illness, death, damage, and expense related to your participation in, and travel to and from, InfoComm 2022.

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in InfoComm 2022 provided by AVIXA, Inc., you hereby FOREVER RELEASE, WAIVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS AVIXA, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS, VOLUNTEERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, INJURY, DAMAGE, LOSS, OR EXPENSE THAT MAY ARISE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, NOW OR IN THE FUTURE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR FAULT ON THE PART OF AVIXA, IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN INFOCOMM 2022.

You understand that this release and waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law, and that if any portion of this release and waiver is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect. This release and waiver will extend to, and be binding upon, you and your estate, heirs, executors, administrators, and personal representatives.

Cancellation Policies

Membership purchased/upgraded through registration is not refundable. If you have questions on membership, please contact membership@avixa.org.
All registration refund/cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to infocomm@csreg.zohodesk.com.
A full refund will be issued for registration cancellations if written notice is received by May 4, 2022.
No refunds will be made for requests received after May 4, 2022.

In the event that InfoComm 2022 fails to take place for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation by AVIXA due to an act of God, epidemic or pandemic, emergency declared by any government agency, or for any other reason, the sole liability of AVIXA will be to provide a refund to you for the InfoComm 2022 registration fees you paid to AVIXA.

AVIXA Harassment Statement

This statement applies to speakers, staff, volunteers, guests, members, contractors, exhibitors, government participants and attendees.

AVIXA, the owner of InfoComm, is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. AVIXA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at AVIXA conferences, meetings and events. Harassment includes but is not limited to offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure to comply will serve as grounds for revoking access to the AVIXA event and other consequences as determined appropriate by AVIXA in its sole discretion.

Attendees, speakers, staff, volunteers, guests, members, and contractors are encouraged, but not required, to inform the harasser that their conduct is unwelcome. Regardless of whether the harasser is directly confronted, speakers, staff, volunteers, guests, members, contractors, attendees are encouraged to promptly report the conduct to AVIXA event management or any on-site AVIXA management, to enable AVIXA to investigate and address the conduct. AVIXA staff will be available to help participants contact convention center/hotel/venue security or local law enforcement as appropriate, and otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to enable them to feel safe for the duration of the event.

When notified of individuals engaging in harassing behavior, AVIXA may take any action they deem appropriate, ranging from a simple warning to expulsion from the current and/or future AVIXA meetings, conferences and events. Decisions to ban individuals from future AVIXA events is in the sole discretion of AVIXA.
